Get out on the water and learn a new skill with The SUP School! Find out why stand-up paddleboarding is the fastest-growing watersport in the UK. You’ll have guidance throughout your experience by a fully qualified ISA instructor, who will be on hand to ensure you get the most out of your experience. On this taster session, you’ll learn the basics of how to paddle, making it the perfect beginner experience. Get kitted out in a wetsuit and then head out into the water for your one-hour lesson. Learn how to balance on the board and paddle gentle along the water.

- A one-hour stand-up paddleboarding taster session for two people with The SUP School
- Safety induction, basic training and guidance from an experienced paddleboarding coach
- All equipment provided (excluding wetsuits)
What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences

- Available week round, year round
- The lesson begins with 15–20 minutes on land before heading onto the water for 30–40 minutes
- Wetsuits can be hired for £6
- Minimum age: 10 years
- Participants must be able to swim
