The Flight, Pilot and Ground Staff were all brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed it. My only complaint with the flight, was i couldn't hear the commentary so well, as the volume seemed a bit low. Also a confirmation email i received a few days before the flight says. I phoned up twice and listened to a pre-recorded message which did not mention my flight, and cost me around £3. I then checked the Departures Board via the link, which said my flight was Likely to go ahead, but you can check it anytime. I checked again the morning of the flight and my flight again was not showing. Fortunately it did go ahead and my wife and I both had a great time. I would say you need to change your phone number to one that is not premium rate, and those flying, try the Departure Board link first.
