Got this for my mum as a christmas present and she enjoyed it. Its more like a fitness centre with spa facilites but for the price it was okay enough.

Went with my mum. Both had a facial that took longer than stated. Felt amazing during and after the treatments. Worth the money for sure.

Massage was amazing but not a great spa

The 25 minute massage was outstanding and I can't complain about that at all - fully relaxing and carried out really well.
The issue here was that the venue is not appropriate for a relaxing spa day.
It was a glorified sport/swimming centre that just happened to have a sauna and steam room.
The changing rooms were messy and there was items still left in the toilet bowls, there was hair and dirt on the floor and the sauna and steam were two rooms opposite some wooden deck chairs. Then just next to that you had a children's pool so the relaxing time was spent next to young children splashing and making lots of noise.
Would recommend the amazing massage but not the location or spa "facilities".
Don't expect a jacuzzi!
