Step inside The Beach Hut, and sit back as the lighting takes your from sunrise to sunset over the course of 20 minutes, giving you a boost of vitamin D and helping to combat Seasonal Affective Disorder. Enjoy full access to the rest of the facilities during your half spa day, including a cedar plunge pool, wood-panelled farmers sauna, Peak District stonebath, hydrotherapy pool, Mill Wheel shower and more. Your package also includes a delicious two-course lunch for one in The Country Inn.

- Choose your half-day spa slot from either 9am–12.30pm or 1pm–4.30pm. For morning spa slots, lunch is served at 1pm, and for afternoon spa slots, lunch is served at 12pm
- Please inform the supplier of any medical conditions, dietary requirements or pregnancies at the point of booking
- Please bring your own swimwear. Robes and towels are provided on the day
