Hotel not the best

The hotel was advertised as 4star. However whilst are stay was ok and served our purpose. This is more like a 2 star rating.

Totally misleading

Reception staff friendly but the hotel was shabby and nothing like the photos. We were bought a Buyagift voucher by our daughters and are very surprised that this hotel is on your site we also upgraded our room so I dread to think what the other rooms are like

Pricey upgrade

We had a time together voucher as a wedding present, worth approx £150.i paid £45 and upgraded it to use it in london and then when it came to booking I had to pay an additional £32 for a double room to include breakfast, the room was nice but the size of a matchbox and definitely not worth over £200 a night
