- Available for entry on week–round, year round
- Once you’ve received your voucher, easily book a date and time online
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Minimum age: 4 years
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Infants aged three and under can accompany you without a ticket
- Your ticket is covered by a View Guarantee – if, on the day of your visit, the weather restricts visibility of certain landmarks, then you are entitled to a complimentary return voucher, received directly from the supplier - For Theatre Tickets:

2 years later (thanks COVID) we finally got there but, unfortunately, a grey day. All very slick but I would have liked something to help you know what you could see. We had the Guide but it was really basic.

Be 18:30 not happy- had to talk to a manager after the woman on the desk was rude . Let us in after

Lovely views over London

The voucher wasn't prebookable, but I emailed the Shard and they advised me to turn up at opening time to be guaranteed entry,so we did, and the process was smooth and efficient. We were also lucky to have lovely weather to enjoy the views over London.
