This experience was a pleasure and a breeze from the beginning, the wonderful Lindsey is excellent with dogs and made my nervous dog relaxed quite quickly. She took lots of shots in the top of the range studio with the most professional equipment and a week later I was able to go back a review the pics on a slide show accompanied by music! It was hard to choose just the one 10x8 shot you get included but the friendly staff help you go through them and advise which one they think and why. You can instead use your photo credit in exchange towards a bigger print or different kind of print such as canvas or acrylic. I have chosen the print for now which i pick up tomorrow but I will be ordering more too in the future in different formats. There is also access to an online gallery to view all the pics and help you order different and more styles of prints alter on which accessed only through your own personal log in code. Overall excellent experience, the staff were friendly, studio fantastic and photos absolutely amazing! Highly recommended as great value for money!
