What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Your voucher is valid for one person
- Available week round, year round
- Minimum age: 18 years
- For the hiking and yoga retreat, you will need to be fit enough to walk for about one hour and you must be able to walk up a moderate slope
- The yoga classes are suitable for all experience levels
- Please bring:
- Minimum of one litre of water
- Sun cover (a hat, sunscreen and something to cover your shoulders with)
- Any medication that you need
- Tissues and hand sanitiser
- A warm jumper in case it gets cold
- A yoga mat and any equipment you might want to use (BrightonYoga can provide yoga mats) - Please notify BrightonYoga of any medical conditions at the point of booking
- Dress appropriately in comfortable clothing and walking shoes
