- Available week round, year round, excluding RHS Garden Wisley Flower Show, RHS Garden Wisley Glow and Christmas Day
- From April to October the garden is open from 10am–6pm on Monday–Friday and 9am–6pm on Saturday–Sunday, last entry is 5pm. During October to March the garden is open from 10am–4pm on Monday–Friday and 9am–4pm on Saturday–Sunday, last entry is 3pm
- Customers must complete an online form to redeem their voucher, 72 hours prior to arrival
- RHS Garden Wisley is accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility scooters
- Children under 5 years receive free entry to the garden
- Free on-site parking is available - For Brooklands Hotel:
- Available Sunday–Thursday, year round
- Make use of the spa facilities between 4pm and 7pm
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Please bring your own swimwear. Robes and towels are provided
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon point of booking - From January - April 2024 the spa will be improving their facilities, there will be alternative changing facilities provided and their steam rooms will not be available
