Your voucher is valid for ten months. It is for two adults and up to three children (under 16 years old.) Under 5s enjoy free entry with an accompanying adult. Please have your voucher to hand when you call to arrange a date for your tour. The tour lasts one hour and fifteen minutes. Please note; the World Rugby Museum will be unavailable from February 2017, if your experience takes place after the closure you will be offered a free ticket to visit the museum when it re-opens in March 2018. The stadium is fully wheelchair accessible. Please note there are no left luggage facilities and bags may be checked for security reasons. All dates are subject to availability. All tours start at The Rugby Store, situated in Twickenham’s south stand. Parking is free, 10-15 minutes’ walk from Twickenham Train or bus route 281.
