My son had two bought for his birthday and loved every minute of it. The track was easy to find and the two girls at Dudley were lovely, great experience

Sadly my 8 year old who has a bit of anxiety with new things flatly refused to do the driving today. The staff especially the man who I think runs it was so lovely and so patient with him. Thank you for all your efforts to get my son to do it as I’m sure he would have loved it but ????? Hey ho.

My son had this experience as a gift for Xmas from his uncle. We had to wait a while for local availability however he had a fantastic time and can’t wait to be old enough to move up to the ‘real’ cars.

Fantastic experience, both my girls had a great time driving round the track, lady who was our instructor was exceptional. Did run a little late due to batteries needing charging normally this wouldn’t matter but meant second child had to wait longer as I could not book them on at the same time.

Unfortunately there are very limited dates across all of the venues within a reasonable distance from us, in fact some of the advertised venues weren't available at all. However, our 9 year old boy loved his driving experience. He hadn't done anything like this before and now really wants to do more things like this. He got 25 minutes to drive around (20mins advertised). The car itself (firefly) went a decent speed and he enjoyed successfully doing the slalom and a reverse bay park. The instructor was great.

Kids had great fun, staff were lovely

The firefly experience was just not brilliant at all. We had a very excited 8 year old booked for his first ‘driving lesson’ and was so disappointed when we arrived to see what he would be driving and where. The car park was unkept and over grown. Very little instruction from the people who worked there and the cars were nothing bigger than what he had when I was 5 for trips around the park. Tiny little circuit laid out with cones. I would suggest this would be ok for 4-6 years but definitely not 8+. Such a shame. We had tears on the way home.

1. Not long enough - only 15mins in the car. 2. Battery in the car was flat after 8 minutes, so we had a delay of 5mins whilst waiting for the battery to be swapped over. 3. Not allowed to film whilst the child is driving (I’m a single parent and came with my son alone). I had to be in the car with him and wanted to take a short clip of him driving the car. I was told to put my phone away even though another parent in a car with their child was filming for a good few minutes. Coming on my own with my child meant that we had no one to film his driving from afar. 4. Sessions are few and far between - availability is pretty much non-existent. 5. My son enjoyed it but it was basically driving an electric toy car (my son has one of these cars so it was very similar to that).

This was gor my son and he loved the driving. As an adult the venue was changed 3 days before and the venue at Gaydon was in a old carpark. Gravely with holes on floor and a bodged job last minute. I would expect a proper track.
