Hawk Walk in Derbyshire with BB Falconry 1187408

BB Falconry very, very knowledgeable about all birds and made the visit very enjoyable with close contact with the birds and several demonstrations. Would highly recommend to any nature lovers.

Absolutely fabulous experience!!! Myself and my ten year old son had the most amazing time. Ben and Lisa are brilliant at what they do and we learned so much. Will definitely be returning.

Absolutely brilliant! Learnt so much about handling the beautiful Harris Hawk. Everybody in the group had several chances to hold Strangely Brown. You have to go on the walk to find out where the name comes from!

I was delighted to receive this gift and the experience on the day was better than expected.

I bought this for my partner for Christmas. We actually went along on the 31st of July 2016. It looked on and off as though it might rain- but it didn't. I thought the whole experience was really good. I was able to go along and observe myself by paying £10.00. We did actually walk not too far, about a dozen of us to a field. Where Hayley ( the handler) flew Strangley Brown ( the hawk) and he landed on everyone's gauntlet ( those who had a voucher or had paid £25.00 ) at least three times. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience as I know my partner did. Hayley will answer all questions as will Bob ( in charge ). There are other birds to look at and animals too also plants. There is a nice little café which operates until 3.00pm and is closed the first Sunday in the month. I would certainly recommend.

I bought this for my partner who loves birds of prey, it was money well spent...Steve the harris hawk, is a beautiful bird, naughty at times but fun, we walked through fields, the guides were talking to us and the hawk was Flying to everyone in turn, that was the highlight for my partner, holding the hawk and having photos taking...it was a very relaxed day , thats how the guides made you feel... An Amazing day

Not only did we get to "hold" a hawk, we learnt about different birds of prey in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, had a lovely walk with Steve, Bob and Hayley, who were all very informative and entertaining.
