Bought as a gift. We’ve been for other experiences in the past and were excited to go again. Had an incredible day out. Lovely experience with the animals (who were amazing) and the guide was so helpful and knowledgeable.

Got bought a smartbox for my birthday, and I chose this, was a great experience. Really enjoyed the animals and the staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. Would do one of the other experiences they offer.

Fantastic experience for animal lovers

An absolutely fantastic experience for anyone who loves animals. The experience also included entry to the farm and zoo so we spent the entire day there. There were so many different animals to see, lots of meet and greet opportunities and a great cafe with good food and snacks at reasonable prices. Becky and Emily who took us on our experience were absolutely amazing. So so knowledgable about the animals and you can tell they really love and care for them. We got to spend so much time up close and personal with them. Holding the owl from Harry Potter and feeding the beautiful foxes were a highlight! My partner was terrified of the snake and the ladies were so understanding and supportive. Couldn’t recommend this experience enough. Thanks for a brilliant day!

Really lovely day out with family. Hoo zoo animal experiences are the best 3rd time and the carnivore experience is my favourite. The keeper was knowledgeable and super friendly and you can also walk round the zoo all included in the price even better with the new dinosaur attraction. Definitely recommend this day out

Didn’t think I would be comfortable putting a snake around my neck but it was incredibly gentle and not at all scary. We also enjoyed feeding the Foxes and stroking the servals.
