Overview
The day starts with a lesson in a dual control car where the children are taught to drive in the safety of their vast activity field. After the initial driving lesson, they then take their new found skills into a off-road driving area where they get to drive up and down some of the slopes around the farm. This is done in complete safety in one of the dual control Land Rovers, with an instructor sitting beside the driver. After a break for lunch (please bring a packed lunch) the kids then get to drive a selection from the Powerturns (two seater buggies that pop wheelies) a reverse steer buggy and the Can-Am Traxter. Finish the day off with a Quad Bike Safari or the amazing Apache Rally Car (depending on the weather). Junior Driving Days are a brilliant introduction to learning to drive and are run during all school holidays. Carried out in groups of four, you can either come along as an individual or as one group.

What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- This experience is available on weekdays during school holidays only
- Minimum age is 11 years old - however 11-15 year olds must have written permission from a parent of guardian (who will need to sign them in on the day and collect them at the end of the day)
- The child will also need to bring along their own pack lunch
- Minimum height is 1.4 meters tall
- Maximum weight is 20 stone
- If you are extraordinarily tall or short, or feel that your physique may impair your enjoyment of this activity in any way, please check with the supplier before booking
- All safety equipment will be provided, but please wear comfortable casual clothing and trainers that you don’t mind getting dirty
- In wet weather a change of clothes is advisable
- Waterproofs are provided
- There will be a maximum of five participants taking this experience at one time
- Please allow five hours (including lunch break) for this experience

We bought this for our sons 16th bday and although it was a long way to travel for us it seemed the best experience to choose with it being a full day rather than twenty minutes or an hour like most driving experiences. We dropped our son off at 09:15 and took our daughter to Port Lympne for the day and picked him up at 3:30pm (althoughh we did pop back an hour or so before that to watch what they were up to.) The instructor seemed nice and friendly, but also firm when he needed to be (with a group of teenage boys)! and safety was obviously paramount. Ashley said he really enjoyed the day and out of all other experiences he's had elsewhere this was the best one! The group of 5 was nice and small so not too much hanging around waiting for the others to drive the 4x4 in the woods and other vehicle. We arrived in time to see them finishing the amphibious vehicle and then on to the quad bikes where they had a great time in the fields. A memorable birthday experience, thank you. Just a shame it took us 4 hours to drive back home!

Turned up with little or no expectations. The whole set up from start to finish was great. My son knew what he was doing and when. He was able to drive a manual Land Rover in the woods, he was over the moon. The whole experience was a joy to watch, only down side was...........I wanted a go in each of the vehicles.
It was a FULL day activity, from 9.30 - 4pm, amazing value for money, will definitely recommend this to others

coffee and tea on arrival as stated but in a machine that you have pay for.
vehicles promised but quad bikes for afternoon, it said depending on weather but although cold was not wet so would have preferreed cars etc
