It was Amazing I loved it. I would recommend this place.

It was relaxing staff are friendly

Good services, lovely atmosphere and great staff

All rooms were good apart from the jacuzzi that didnt work

It was a bargain worth going. 4 different steam rooms and saunas. Enjoyed it as it was females only.

What a fantastic ladies spa day. We all left feeling on top of the world.

We had the best relaxing time of our lives after being locked away, with the rest of the world for 2 years. There were plenty of facilities to use. I can't even say I like one better than the other. All the facilities were equally beneficial to us. I would Definitely go there again for a treat. Thank you to Buy a Gift for an amazing offer. Taking photos was the least on our minds as we would not have thought it was allowed, with Privacy and all that. Next Time ?? if allowed, sure we can do that for you. It was for a group of friends I wanted to treat as I knew they would love it and I was right.

Enjoyed every bit of it especially the steam rooms and the staff were lovely. The only thing is the relaxation chairs needs changing.

Booking and availability easy but the rest of it not really. The Spa does not lol clean at all. On arrival, in changing room, some rubbish were found on the floor. There were still there when I left. There were no soap available in the shower. Because of covid, there was no towels available. The swimming pool was basically the public one of the neighbourhood composed of 3 lanes which was already used and very cold. We did not stay in very long probably 5mn and just half body. Nice selection of steam room but the jacuzzi was out of order!!! We’ve been offered a voucher to come back but we certainly will not after paying £10 for car park. Honestly I have been to different spa and you don’t have that relaxing feeling in mind. There was only 2 lounge chairs in a separate open room with not an nice and cosy atmosphere but cold and noisy with some extractor noise. Not much place to relax.

Abbey spa is a great venue, however it is a little shabby in places properly due to lack of maintenance. We still had a very enjoyable morning making full use of the steam, sauna, and large swimming pool the jacuzzi wasn't working which was a shame as it looked really appealing, we was given complimentary spa pases to make up for this and I will be returning ??
